Who's Best.
Gunn Talent projects go beyond job ads and database searches. Partnering with us gives you access to the 70% of top performers who aren’t actually looking for new opportunities. The result is a shortlist your competitors simply don’t have access to.
4 weeks on a job board is not a talent strategy.
A job ad reaches the very small percentage of candidates who happen to be looking right now. That's a fraction of the available market, and rarely the best fraction. Gunn Talent doesn't wait for the right person to appear. We go and find them, approach them professionally and represent your opportunity in a way that makes the best people in the market sit up and take notice. Therefore we bring candidates to your hiring table that are not available from any other source.

What You get when you work with Gunn
You hire with total confidence.
Because you've seen a cross section of the whole market, not just whoever applied to a job ad. No compromises, no settling, just the right person for your business.
You move faster than you expected.
We're already in the market before most firms have written the job ad. Our clients consistently tell us the speed and quality of the process is far superior to what they have previously experienced.
You get service you didn't think existed.
A real team who knows your business, picks up when you call and cares about your outcome as much as you do. Our combination of expertise, reach and personal investment is what sets Gunn Talent apart.
Gunn Talent is led by Jo Wilson, one of New Zealand's most experienced talent search specialists, with a team built on the same values. Direct, deeply connected and completely committed to every client we work with. When you partner with Gunn you're not handed to a system or passed between consultants. You work with real people who know your business, understand your market and show up with everything we've got on every single search.
