Gunn Talent was founded in 2017 by Jo Wilson with a bold idea: that every role deserves the same depth of search that most firms reserve for the very top of the org chart. Not just CEO searches. Every. Single. Search. This approach gives Gunn clients a serious advantage over their competitors.
The business is named as a tribute to Jo's father Ken Wilson, founder of Gunn Amplifiers, a beloved name in New Zealand's music industry. The name carries the same spirit as the business: authentic, bold and always focused on our core ethos – integrity without compromise.
